When Norm Reeves opened his small motorcycle shop back in 1955, little did he know that 50 years later
his name would adorn the storefront of the number one selling Honda dealership in the world.
But Norm wasn’t thinking about that at the time. Instead, he was thinking about ways to satisfy each
and every customer who walked into his store.

50 years later, the motorcycles have changed to automobiles, and the showroom is a little bigger, but the
focus of those working at the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore remain the same as its’ original owner.
If you ask an employee why they like working for the Norm Reeves organization, the answer will most likely
include the warm family atmosphere and how they are able to extend it to every customer. And, in a time when
large public companies are buying out one car dealership after another, Norm Reeves Honda continues to be
privately held, ensuring the family values they have been know for stay intact, along with their unwavering
focus on customer satisfaction.

Norm passed away in 1973; long before he could see the fruits of his labor grow into three successful Honda
stores across Southern California. More than 30 years after his death, Norm’s name is still intentionally used
for each store’s identification to let customers know they can get the same “Norm Reeves” level of service at
all three dealerships. It also serves as a daily reminder for today’s 500+ Norm Reeves employees that true
success is measured by satisfying each and every customer, and by satisfying them one at a time.
